1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using andocs (andocs.cz), operated by Blogic s.r.o., you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. andocs is a documentation management platform that centralizes markdown documentation from GitHub repositories with search, navigation, and AI-assisted features. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

andocs provides a platform for teams to centralize, browse, search, and manage markdown documentation from multiple GitHub repositories. Key features include:

  • Syncing documentation from connected GitHub repositories
  • Organization and project-based access control
  • Full-text search across all documentation
  • AI-assisted documentation browsing and Q&A
  • Collaborative features including comments and annotations
  • In-browser documentation editing with GitHub commit support

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use andocs, you must create an account using email and password, or sign in via Google or GitHub OAuth. You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3.3 Organizations

andocs uses an organization-based model. Organization owners and admins manage membership, projects, and permissions. Members must be invited to join an organization and are subject to the permissions assigned by their organization administrators.

3.4 Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this service. By using andocs, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use andocs to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Upload, store, or distribute any harmful, illegal, or malicious content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or repositories you are not authorized to view
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code of the platform
  • Abuse rate limits, API endpoints, or attempt to overload our systems
  • Use the AI features to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content
  • Share access credentials or use automated tools to create fake accounts

5. GitHub Integration

5.1 Repository Access

When you connect GitHub repositories to andocs, you authorize us to access and sync the documentation content from those repositories. We only access repositories you explicitly connect and only read the content necessary for documentation display.

5.2 Write Operations

If you use andocs to edit documentation and commit changes back to GitHub, you are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate permissions in the target repository. andocs acts on your behalf using your authorized credentials.

5.3 GitHub Terms

Your use of GitHub through andocs remains subject to GitHub's own Terms of Service. We are not responsible for changes to GitHub's APIs, policies, or availability.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain full ownership of all documentation, comments, and other content you create or sync through andocs. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide the andocs service.

6.2 Our Rights

The andocs platform, its design, functionality, and branding are owned by Blogic s.r.o. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or improvement ideas you provide regarding andocs may be used by us without any obligation to you.

7. AI Features

andocs provides AI-assisted features for documentation browsing and Q&A. When you use these features:

  • Your queries and relevant documentation context may be sent to third-party AI providers for processing
  • AI-generated responses are provided for informational purposes and may not always be accurate
  • We do not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content
  • You are responsible for verifying AI-generated information before acting on it

8. Service Availability

8.1 Uptime

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

8.2 Usage Limits

We may impose reasonable limits on usage, including the number of organizations, projects, connected repositories, or AI queries, depending on your subscription plan.

8.3 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice when possible.

9. Payment and Subscriptions

Paid features are billed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the applicable pricing and billing terms. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

10.1 Disclaimer

andocs is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blogic s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of andocs.

10.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability for all claims arising from or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for andocs during the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may delete your account at any time through the account settings. Organization owners may delete their organizations and all associated projects and data.

11.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the service.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use andocs ceases immediately. Your documentation remains in your GitHub repositories. We may delete your account data within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of andocs shall be resolved by the competent courts in the Czech Republic.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting updated Terms on our website and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of andocs after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
